• Cut trap doors
• Re-position girders (level 3)
• Remove clock supports
• Replace roof girders
• Remove top section of chimney

At bell foundry

• Cast new bells

• Remove bells and bell-frame

Building Phase II

• Footings for new frame
• Remove remainder of chimney
• Remove clock weights chute
• Create stone pads for frame supports
• Install frame foundations

At bell foundry

• Build new frame

Jul 16

• Renovate louvres
• Fit galebreaker

Aug 16

• Install new bell frame
• Rehang bells
• Replace clock room floor
• Finishing work and trials
• Remove scaffolding
• Close trap doors

End Aug 16
